Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

BLUEMATION ENGINEERING S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER for the USER's personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The planned processing operations are:

• Sending commercial and advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, enabling commercial communications. These communications will be made by the CONTROLLER regarding its products, services, or those of collaborators or suppliers with whom a promotion agreement has been made. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
• Conduct market studies and statistical analyses.
• Handle orders, requests, queries, or any type of request made by the USER via the contact methods provided on the CONTROLLER's website.
• Send the online newsletter with updates, offers, and promotions in our activity.
• Include the Interested Party in recruitment processes, analyzing the applicant’s profile to select the most suitable candidate for the position.

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

The processing is legitimized under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

• With the USER's consent: for sending commercial communications and newsletters.
• By legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: to conduct market studies, statistical analyses, and process requests at the USER's request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfill the processing purpose or as legally required. Once no longer needed, data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or complete destruction.

Job applications: kept for a maximum of one year, after which data will be deleted while fully respecting confidentiality in both processing and destruction. If you wish to continue participating in selection processes, please send us your updated CV. In case of data changes, please notify us as soon as possible to keep your information updated.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No data transfers to third parties are planned, except when necessary to fulfill processing purposes, to our communication service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements as required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The USER has the right to:

• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Access, rectify, port, and delete their data, and restrict or oppose its processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact or download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to meet their request. Providing data in the other fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided is truthful and undertakes to notify any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for providing an optimal service. If all data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services will fully meet the USER's needs.

SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions for processing personal data under its responsibility, especially the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring data is processed lawfully, fairly, transparently, appropriately, relevantly, and limited to what is necessary.

The CONTROLLER guarantees the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply security measures required by GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect USER rights and freedoms and has communicated appropriate information for USERS to exercise them.
