What we do and how we do it

We program Siemens, Beckhoff, Rockwell, Schneider and Codesys PLCs to automate everything from individual machines to complete production lines. Each project includes functional analysis, structured programming, FAT/SAT testing and full technical documentation.

We design and implement SCADA systems for the supervision, control and data acquisition of industrial processes. From local installations to cloud-first architectures with secure remote access. Alarm management, historical data and KPI reporting.

We design complete electrical schematics with Eplan and manufacture industrial control cabinets: from layout to FAT testing. We deliver the CE Declaration of Conformity, full technical documentation and bills of materials with commercial references.

We connect plant systems (PLCs, SCADAs) with management systems (MES, ERP) via OPC-UA, MQTT and REST API. We implement IIoT architectures for the collection and analysis of production data, enabling predictive maintenance and real-time OEE.

We offer maintenance contracts with guaranteed SLA for PLC, SCADA and HMI systems: 24/7 remote support, scheduled preventive maintenance, periodic backups and up-to-date technical documentation. We work on third-party systems with no documentation.

We modernise installations with obsolete or out-of-support PLCs: migration from S7-300 to S7-1500, upgrading of legacy SCADAs, replacement of Profibus communications with Profinet. We preserve the existing control logic while updating the platform.

We program BMS systems for the centralised management of industrial and commercial buildings: HVAC, lighting, energy and access control. We work with BACnet/IP, KNX and Modbus. Well-executed BMS projects achieve energy savings of 20-30%.

We integrate collaborative robots (cobots) for screwdriving, pick & place, palletising, quality control and CNC machine tending applications. We work with Universal Robots, FANUC CRX and ABB GoFa. Each installation includes risk assessment and CE certification.
