Integrating industrial robots into a production line goes far beyond programming arm movements. It requires designing the complete cell: the robot, the safety PLC, communications, peripherals, the vision system and the HMI interface that allows operators to work with it safely and efficiently.

At Bluemation we integrate industrial robots as one element within the overall automation system. We programme the robot, develop the coordination PLC, integrate machine vision for guidance or inspection and configure the entire cell to operate autonomously and safely in the real production environment.
